This was our first time at Bamboo Bonaire and we are so happy we stayed here!! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is pristine and makes you feel like you are in your own oasis. It was very quiet when we stayed and some days we didn’t even see/hear any other people. The pool is small but it was fine since we were the only ones in it when we used it. There is also a hot tub near the pool. There are plenty of quiet sitting spots around the resort and a nice large table for group meals if you are coming with a large group. There are also grills available.

Bamboo Bonaire is a genuine oasis snd one that relaxes and rejuvenates. Amazing cottages — we enjoyed one with a plunge pool and outdoor shower. After exploring Bonaire it was refreshing to come “home” to the gardens, the birds, the serenity of Bamboo Bonaire. And be sure to reserve A place at Chefs Bonaire well in advance — you are in fur a treat! We will return to both!

We stayed at the Bamboo Bonaire Boutique resort in March 2026 and had the most wonderful time. Each of the rooms is set in a beautiful tropical garden which is looked after every day by gardeners and such a restful place. Large room with a lovely bathroom and everything you need on hand. The staff were very accommodating and small touches like a cool box to use around the island was much appreciated. We loved it so much we extended our stay by four nights! The best place to stay on Bonaire.

This is our second trip to Bamboo Bonaire, and again found it to be a welcoming and lovely resort. The vibe on the grounds is one of Zen and peace. Our room was clean, well stocked, and we appreciated having a kitchenette that allowed us to eat some meals in our room. There were a few minor maintenance issues, a burned out light and slow drain, that the staff fixed immediately once we notified them of the issue. We are scuba divers, so the location is perfect and allows access to both north and south dive sites. The on site scuba tanks and gear rinse areas are very convenient. We highly recommend this resort.

What a lovely little place! Very quiet, private, and tranquil. Staff were all lovely–especially everyone that manned the breakfast duties. Easy to come and go as we pleased, with places to keep our diving gear. I especially liked how easy it was to book–they took care of our dive package, our rental vehicle, and were ready to welcome us to the property when we arrived!

WSo where to start the describing the excellent service and accommodations? It all starts with the receiving committee, short tour of the grounds and exquisite bungalow, connecting with WhatsApp, and the personalized name plate on your front door of the bungalow. We booked the Stay & Drive package (which I highly recommend). The bungalow is accommodated with airco and fans and all the goods you want in a kitchen. The outside shower is such a treat and private ;-). The grounds are filled with exotic plants and the birds. The private pool and whirlpool are clean and very cosy. The Whatsapp service is such an easy way of communicating and quickly and friendly responses will be yours.

We had an amazing time in this resort… it’s an incredible lovely place with all you need during your vacation. All the little details had us blown away, there is so much love in it !!!
…so many possibilities to relax and finding an unique privacy during your stay and we felt so welcome. More than friendly stuff and service.
