  • What is your cancellation Policy?

    We always recommend to take a Travel insurance!


    You have the ability to rebook your stay once,  up to 2 weeks prior to arrival without losing your down payment. Check also our Flexible Travel Policy.

  • Which creditcards does the resort accept?

    We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover/ American Express

  • Do you have Airport Transfers?

    We can arrange an airport transfer for you for $20 per transfer. Just contact us  for more details. When booking a Drive & Stay or Drive, Dive & Stay Package including truck rental airport transfers are included.

  • Does the resort have internet access?

    Yes, WiFi is available everywhere in the resort and use is free for our guests.

  • What time is the check out?

    Cottage check out time is 10:30 AM. You are more then welcome to stay around the resort until your planned departure. Luggage can be stored at the Office.

  • What time is check in?

    Check ins are at 3:00 PM.

  • Is a late checkout or early checkin possible?

    Late checkouts and early check ins are possible only upon availability.

  • What is the distance/time towards the airport?

    Flamingo Airport International is just a small 10 minute drive from Bamboo Bonaire.

  • Does Bamboo Bonaire offer breakfast service?

    Yes, our on-site restaurant CHEFS offers daily breakfast in the restaurant or Champagne breakfast served in your cottage.

  • Is there a restaurant on property?

    On-site CHEFS restaurant offers a 5-course dinner 4 nights a week for both Bamboo guests and outside guests. The menu changes every 2 weeks. Up to 16 guests per evening can enjoy a wonderful fine dining experience with a personal touch from the CHEFS. The restaurant is located in the middle of the tropical oasis of Bamboo. Book in time because the waiting list can be up to 2 to 3 months! For availability and diner reservations click here.

  • Is cleaning service included?

    Cleaning service is included in your stay. Beach towels can be exchanged at any time.

  • Does the resort offer beach towels?

    Yes, beach towels are included in your stay and can be daily exchanged.

  • Is there a Pool at the resort?

    Yes, the resort has a salt water lounge pool and luxurious jacuzzi which are accessible during day and night time. The Superior Cottages and Honeymoon Suite have their own private jacuzzi or magnesium plunge pool.

  • Do you offer reception services?

    We offer daily reception service. Our guests will always be personally welcomed!

  • I would like to reserve a massage spa treatment. How does this work?

    If you wish to make a reservation for a massage spa treatment please pass by the office to check availability.

  • Can I smoke in the room?

    No! Smoking inside the cottage is NOT permitted. You can however smoke on the porch areas.

  • Is there an iron in the room?

    You find an iron including iron board in the Deluxe Plus, Superior Cottages and Honeymoon Suite. Iron including iron board are available upon request when staying in the Deluxe Cottage.

  • What is the hotel’s address?

  • What is the currency - where is the ATM?

    In Bonaire we use US Dollars. The nearest ATM is located at the Chinese supermarket 400 meters from the resort.

  • May I use the Pool and Jacuzzi at all times of the day?

    Yes, you may use the Jacuzzi’s & Pool at all times of the day as long as long as you are not disturbing any other guests with the noise.

  • Is it safe to walk at night?

    Yes, Bonaire is still one of those places where you can walk freely.

  • Is there a Laundry Facility at the resort?

    Yes, Laundry Facility is available at the resort.

  • Is it safe to drink the tapwater on Bonaire?

    Yes, it is totally safe to drink Bonaire’s tapwater. It is gained from desalinating ocean water and it is actually of extremely high quality.

  • How far is Kralendijk from the resort?

    Kralendijk is only a small 3 minute drive by car or a 20 minute walk.

  • Can you assist us with a rental car?

    Yes, we will be happy to arrange a rental car for you. Check out our complete Drive & Stay and Drive, Dive & Stay Packages with truck rental and airport transfers included. We recommend leaving your personal and valuable items in the safe in your cottage when exploring the Island. TIP! Bring a dry bag. They come in very handy for all kinds of water activities.

  • What includes the Bonaire Entry Tax?

    As of July 1st, 2022 all visitors are required to purchase the Bonaire Entry Tax upon arrival. Please note that the Bonaire Nature Fee is not included in this tax. We recommend purchasing the entry tax prior to arrival online via this link: https://tourismtax.bonairegov.com/
